Travel Assembly Technician Location: Grantsburg, WI Available Shifts & Pay 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $20/hr 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday - $21/hr $160 daily per diem Job Description Quick coupling division creating parts for cooling systems used in data centers Assemble Components — Build quick‑release couplings with accuracy and consistency Operate Tools & Equipment — Use hand tools and assembly machinery Inspect Products — Verify functionality and meet quality standards Package completed assemblies for shipment Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles Contribute to a positive, safety‑focused team environment Additional Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Dependable, motivated, and team‑oriented Work Environment Clean, well‑lit bench‑type assembly setting Significant investment in automation and CNC equipment Safety‑focused, team‑oriented culture Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
