Job Description Job Description Batch Maker – Food Manufacturing Clearwater, FL | $15/hour Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Occasional Saturdays 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Week days if needed depending on production. Mandatory Overtime! Openings: 3 Looking for hands-on work in a fast-paced food production environment? Our client makes soups, dressings, dips, and compound butters for top restaurants. No experience? No problem! We’ll train motivated, dependable team members. What You’ll Do • Lift and handle ingredient bags up to 50 lbs • Assist with cooking, batching, and bagging • Operate pallet jacks and other equipment • Measure ingredients accurately (basic math skills) • Cross-train in multiple production areas: hot side, cold side, compound butter • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards What We’re Looking For • Dependable, trainable, and positive attitude • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs continuously • Comfortable standing and working in temperature-controlled areas (62 - 67 Degrees) • Mechanical aptitude or experience with machines is a plus • Previous manufacturing or food production experience helpful but not required • Experience Heavy Lifting is a must Why You’ll Like This Job • $15/hour with potential for advancement • Hands-on work and learning opportunities in multiple departments • Long-term career growth in food manufacturing • Supportive team environment We’re hiring now!
