Location: Salem, Oregon (Hybrid)

Role Overview

This role provides leadership for the testing functions to ensure software and systems meet defined acceptance criteria and standards. The position involves performing tests and collaborating with teams to support division and corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for software testing functions.
• Perform tests to ensure software and systems meet defined acceptance criteria.
• Ensure standards support division and corporate objectives.
• Write and execute software quality and test plans.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with manual software testing.
• Proficiency in writing and executing software quality and test plans.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OnBase, K2, or xPressons.
• Knowledge of document management, document generation, or content management systems.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.

Work Environment

Work is generally performed within an office or home office environment. The working environment is generally favorable, with no exposure to hazardous conditions caused by noise, dust, or other factors.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or sit at a workstation for the majority of each shift.
• Communicate with others, typically through speaking and hearing.
• Use a computer to enter and screen data.
