Full-Time Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse in Wichita, Kansas. This role offers both experienced nurses and new graduates the chance to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, assess, and manage patients with acute cardiac conditions. Administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments. Operate and interpret cardiac monitoring equipment, telemetry, and other critical care devices. Respond quickly to emergencies and provide life‑saving interventions. Document patient progress and communicate changes to physicians and the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on cardiac care, recovery plans, and preventive measures. Mentor and provide hands‑on guidance to new graduates in the CCU setting. Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
