We are a leading specialty and emergency hospital, housed in a state-of-the-art 25,000-square-foot facility equipped to handle a wide range of complex cases. With 13 specialty departments, our team includes top experts in fields such as internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. As a Floater Nurse at MVA, you'll step in and support various departments based on need, making each day both challenging and rewarding. In this role, you will:

• Rotate among different specialties, including surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, emergency, and more, quickly adapting to each department's protocols.
• Provide hands-on assistance during proceduresfrom general patient care and diagnostic workups to advanced interventionsunder the guidance of senior technicians and specialists.
• Manage a range of technical tasks, such as venipuncture, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, medication administration, and patient record-keeping.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, learning from specialists and fellow technicians to expand your expertise across multiple areas of veterinary medicine.
• Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring each department is stocked with necessary supplies and that equipment is ready for immediate use.

This is a full-time position with the following available schedules:

• MondayThursday, 7:00 AM5:00 PM
• TuesdayFriday, 7:00 AM5:00 PM

Compensation:

• Starting at $23.00/hour
