Join Our Team as an Electrophysiologist

Our organization is on the lookout for a fellowship-trained Electrophysiologist to become a part of our team at Heartland Cardiology, located in Wichita, KS. Heartland is a physician-owned and operated private practice with four locations in the Wichita area, complemented by 11 outreach clinics.

We pride ourselves on being a forward-thinking practice that nurtures a collaborative and supportive atmosphere for cardiologists with an entrepreneurial spirit. Our physicians consistently achieve compensation that ranks in the top deciles according to MedAxiom benchmarks for Cardiology. For highly productive individuals, early partnership opportunities are available.

• Join an established Electrophysiologist, supported by a team of four non-interventional and eight interventional cardiologists, along with one Structural Heart specialist.
• Benefit from a strong and loyal primary care network developed over two decades, with over 100 referring physicians.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including three EP labs equipped with St. Jude and Biosense Webster mapping systems.
• Receive a competitive base salary along with a Collections-Based Productivity Component from the outset.
• Access relocation and immigration assistance if required; we welcome applications from J1 and H1-B Visa holders.
• Open to applications from 2024 and 2025 EP fellows.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise and a keen interest in:

• Laser lead extraction
• Ventricular tachycardia ablation, with a preference for epicardial ablation experience
• Atrial fibrillation ablation
