Overview Osprey Life Sciences is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within regulated Life Sciences environments. This role will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT projects supporting clinical, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and commercial systems. The ideal candidate brings strong pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience and a demonstrated ability to lead matrixed teams in GxP-regulated environments. This role requires structured project governance, proactive risk management, and the ability to influence across business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives across Life Sciences functions including Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore partners Manage scope, change control, risk mitigation, and issue resolution Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and compliance requirements Stakeholder & Governance Leadership Serve as primary point of contact for business and executive stakeholders Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and project documentation Ensure projects adhere to governance standards and regulatory expectations Regulatory & Compliance Oversight Support projects operating within GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ICH, and validation frameworks Partner with Quality and Validation teams to ensure appropriate documentation including validation plans, IQ/OQ/PQ, and CSV deliverables Maintain audit readiness and documentation traceability Agile & Hybrid Delivery Facilitate Agile ceremonies where applicable including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure business value alignment Support hybrid Waterfall and Agile delivery models common within pharma environments Implementation & Operational Transition Oversee system implementation, integration, and testing phases Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and ensure timely defect resolution Support go-live readiness, training coordination, and hypercare stabilization Required Qualifications 5+ years of IT Project Management experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizations Demonstrated experience leading projects in regulated GxP environments Experience supporting one or more of the following system areas: Clinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF), Regulatory systems (RIM, submission platforms), Quality systems (QMS, TrackWise, Veeva Vault), Manufacturing systems (MES, LIMS), or Commercial systems (CRM, Government Pricing, ERP integrations) Strong understanding of SDLC and Computer System Validation Proven ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teams Excellent communication and executive reporting skills Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA Preferred Qualifications PMP or equivalent certification Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, or enterprise platform implementations Experience working within consulting environments We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package with challenge and opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to a stimulating, fast-paced environment.
