Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer/Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for the entire AI development life cycle, from understanding business needs and problem definition to building, deploying, and optimizing solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Generative AI tools/techniques, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and large language models (LLMs), to build impactful solutions that drive significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative Generative AI solutions, including exploration of various architecture choices, prompt engineering techniques, and fine-tuning strategies.
• Leverage Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and Graph Databases to enhance the accuracy and relevance of generated outputs.
• Integrate and orchestrate Generative AI tools like LLMs and Foundation Models into production-grade pipelines.
• Evaluate and optimizing Generative AI workflows, ensuring high performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals.
• Maintain deployed solutions, continuously improving their performance and addressing potential issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Generative AI research and development, actively seeking out new opportunities to innovate and improve.
• Document and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI development and/or machine learning.
• In-depth knowledge of Generative AI tools and techniques, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and text embedding.
• Proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, C++).
• Proficient with GenAI orchestration tools/libraries like LlamaIndex, LangChain, and others.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases and their applications in AI systems.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Foundation Models.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for innovation and staying current with the latest advancements in Generative AI.
