CBIZ Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a highly private, multi-generational family office overseeing a diverse portfolio of business, investment, trust, nonprofit, and foundation-related activities in the search for a Senior Tax Manager .

The family office supports approximately 140 entities across a broad range of asset classes and industries including real estate, homebuilding, oil and gas, private investments, and philanthropic initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced tax leader who enjoys complexity, strategic thinking, and close collaboration with key decision-makers and wants the opportunity to work on sophisticated and impactful matters that extend well beyond traditional compliance.

The Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in tax planning, compliance, risk management, and advisory activities while partnering across accounting, investments, estate planning, and family office operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead tax compliance and reporting
• Drive tax planning and advisory initiatives.
• Review financial and investment activity.
• Manage tax risk and regulatory matters
• Provide leadership and cross-functional partnership for strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to tax staff and third-party consultants.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA strongly preferred.
• Significant experience in public accounting, family office, private wealth, or a complex multi-entity environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and nonprofit taxation.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family trusts, estates, or closely held businesses is highly desirable.
