General Dentist Full-Time

We are seeking a confident and experienced General Dentist to join our family-owned, multi-location practice serving the Dobbs Ferry area. Located along the Hudson River, the Dobbs Ferry area offers a unique combination of suburban living and proximity to New York City. With excellent schools, dining, and outdoor recreation, it is one of the most desirable areas in Westchester County.

• $800 daily guarantee or percentage of collections (whichever is higher)

Practice Overview:

• Newly renovated practice with modern, recently renovated facilities
• Fully digital workflow with cloud-based practice management system
• Comprehensive clinical services including implants, endodontics, Invisalign, and oral surgery
• Strong operational systems and collections performance
• Experienced support staff and established patient base

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care
• Diagnose and treatment plan with full clinical autonomy
• Perform a broad range of procedures including advanced dentistry as appropriate
• Manage patient flow and maintain high production levels
• Lead team communication, delegation, and operational coordination
• Maintain high standards of care and patient experience

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York dental license
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required
• Strong ability to work independently and lead a clinical team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to long-term stability (minimum one-year commitment required)
• Must not be seeking short-term or transitional roles
