Position Details: Position : Physical Therapist Start Date: ASAP End Date: 11/11/26 Location : Cook County, IL Duration : Leave of absence role Caseload: Elementary and middle school Responsibilities: Deliver direct physical therapy services in accordance with students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Conduct evaluations and monitor motor function, mobility, and physical development. Collaborate with educators and related service providers to facilitate student access to the educational environment. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to ensure compliance with special education regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations regarding accommodations and therapeutic strategies. Qualifications: Valid IL Physical Therapy license (required).
