Responsibilities: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with diverse mental health needs. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Utilize evidence-based practices to guide therapeutic interventions. Facilitate workshops and support groups as needed. Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development. Build rapport with clients to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic environment. Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field. EMDR/Hypnotherapy trained a plus Valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LSW, Phd/PsyD or equivalent) required. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and mental health diagnoses. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client-centered care. Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
