Pick/Packer
Midway Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in Wind Gap, PA. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
Location: Wind Gap, PA
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7 am - 5:30 pm
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Pick orders accurately using order sheets and RF scanners
- Pack items securely and ensure proper labeling for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Steel toe shoes required
