Process Improvement Coordinator Details:

• Temporary position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Review and update 5S maps to match actual production floor conditions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and outdated visual controls.
• Work with Operations and CI teams to improve organization and efficiency.
• Conduct floor observations, validate work areas, and support 5S audits.
• Document findings, track action items, and prepare final improvement reports.

Process Improvement Coordinator Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Must be able to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred: AutoCAD or facility layout experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred; must follow food safety and safety requirements and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
