Apply today and be part of our exciting journey!The Dental Insurance Coordinator's primary responsibility is to facilitate the patient's office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment. This includes ensuring the patient understands their treatment plan, insurance benefits, assisting with financial arrangements, etc.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pmDuties/ResponsibilitiesProvide a smooth and seamless patient check-in/check-out.Answer patients' questions and assist with intake forms.Responsible for insurance verifications, claims follow-up, and accurate communication to staff and patients regarding the insurance coverage.Assist patient with financial arrangements.Phone coverage: answering phone calls, confirming appointments.Additional duties as assigned by the Practice Leader.Required Skills/AbilitiesDental insurance/billing knowledge required.Must exhibit outstanding customer service.Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff.Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy.Dentrix experience a plus.Education and ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in a dental office setting.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Prolonged periods of standing and bending.Must be able to lift less than 15 pounds at times.Benefits for Full-Time Employees*PTO, paid holidays, office closure daysMedicalVisionDental allowanceUniform allowance, as needed401(k) EligibilityAnd many more!*Benefits are subject to change and eligibility.The pay range for this role varies based on experience, credentials, and availability.
