Yellowwood Terrace, a community managed by RHF, is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain our property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.
This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair functions throughout the community, including general building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and custodial duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain the property's appearance through custodial and groundskeeping duties
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Assist with apartment turns and preparation of vacant units
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance required
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred
• Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver's license preferred
