Players rise from an unknown mage into the leader of a legendary guild, mastering arcane combat, recruiting allies, forging relics, and descending into cursed ruins and large-scale raids to uncover the truth behind their rare ability to fly. The demo is live now on Steam . We need someone who can sit in the booth and on the mocap stage and pull performances that make the Graveglass Blight, our guild, and every character we cast feel real — not just voiced. The Role We're looking for an experienced VO Director to lead voice direction for Hexborn 's cast, working directly with actors to draw out performances that serve both character and story. You’ll direct — and where useful, perform in — motion capture sessions, and you'll have a real voice in narrative decisions, not just execution of a locked script. This is a creative leadership role that requires both strong people-direction instincts and genuine storytelling judgment. You'll be trusted to push back on a line, a beat, or a performance choice when it serves the story better.
