Role Description The Community Manager role at RangeWater Residential is a full-time, on-site position located in Flagstaff, AZ. The Community Manager oversees daily operations of the residential community, including resident relations, lease administration, rent collection, and adherence to community policies and procedures. This role manages onsite team members, coordinates maintenance and vendor services, and ensures the property is well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. The Community Manager monitors occupancy, supports marketing and leasing efforts, prepares regular financial and operational reports, and assists with budgeting and expense control. The role also focuses on creating a welcoming environment, organizing resident engagement initiatives, and responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns. Qualifications Experience in property management operations, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, and vendor coordination. Skills in team leadership and supervision, including coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback for onsite staff. Proficiency with basic financial and administrative tasks, such as reporting, budgeting support, and records management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, customer service, and relationship building with residents and partners. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organized workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with property management or CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital tools used for resident communication and reporting. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in multifamily property management, hospitality, or customer-facing roles strongly preferred. Knowledge of fair housing laws and local housing regulations; commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory resident practices. Availability to work on-site in Flagstaff, AZ, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends based on community needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
