Join Aspirus Health in Duluth, Minnesota as an Inpatient Psychiatrist in our team-based, multidisciplinary behavioral health team. OPPORTUNITY : Full-time position Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Participation in on-call rotation required 24-bed, adult-only behavioral health unit Serves patients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses Patients requiring acute medical care are transferred to the hospital medical floor No detoxification services provided on the unit Dedicated social work support for discharge planning and post-acute placement Support for medication-assisted treatment, including buprenorphine (Suboxone) and methadone Inclusive care environment with support for gender-affirming treatment BENEFITS : Competitive benefits and generous compensation package including relocation assistance, student loan repayment program, annual CME allowance, and a sign-on bonus.
