We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.A Day in the Life of an Automotive Sales Consultant (but not limited to):Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lotListening and asking questions to determine the customer’s needs and wants in a vehicleProvide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventoryEnsure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicle’sCloses sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contractsCultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customersQualifications include but are not limited to:Valid Driver’s LicenseHS Diploma or EquivalentInterpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independentlyTime management and prioritization skills to meet deadlinesExcellent oral and written communication skillsBlaise Alexander offers its full- time employees and their family’s benefits packages and tools you need to be successful.
