You'll work with a collaborative and supportive rehab team focused on helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. - Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence
- Active OT license (or eligibility for state licensure)
- SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
