General Production Worker

Position Overview:

Assist in operating blown film production lines to consistently meet output and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate equipment used to convert large plastic rolls into smaller, customer-specific rolls
• Safely operate a shaft hoist to move and position materials
• Perform core loading tasks, including precise taping and tagging
• Handle and transport plastic rolls weighing up to 50 lbs
• Package, label, and palletize finished products according to specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to all safety procedures

Pay and Shift Information:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: Rotating 36/48-hour weeks with every other weekend off

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
