What you have: Minimum 18 years old with a clean driving record. Trustworthiness and responsibility for high-value assets. Ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, and work independently. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Lifting/carrying 50 lbs, reaching overhead, pushing/pulling, standing, bending, crouching, repetitive hand use, grasping. Ability to navigate environments with industrial machinery, heavy equipment, heights, and uneven surfaces. Good communication skills and understanding of traffic laws. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience: Customer service orientation. Traffic law compliance, loading/unloading, merchandising, donation support, organization, target achievement, loss prevention, safety. Basic math skills at high school level.
