Find your next opportunity today!Description of WorkBroughton Hospital is accepting applications for a Licensed Recreational Therapist (LRT) to join our Recreational Therapy team. The LRT is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational therapy services. Key duties include conducting comprehensive assessments, identifying individualized goals, and providing group and one-on-one interventions. The LRT documents patient responses, progress, and behavioral observations and contributes to treatment planning as part of an interdisciplinary team. With the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, we provide help and support to North Carolinians, and their families, experiencing mental illness.
