Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Chillicothe, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Labor and Delivery Nurse L&D Department, delivering patients 32 weeks and above, in an unspecified location. This role involves triaging patients, circulating cesarean sections, managing labor and delivery collaboratively with physicians and midwives, and ensuring patient recovery following vaginal and cesarean deliveries. The position requires a dedicated professional to provide exceptional care during the designated shifts. Job Details Position Description: Level 2 Labor and Delivery unit delivering patients 32 weeks and above. Must be able to triage patients, circulate cesarean sections, manage the labor and delivery of patients collaboratively with physicians and midwives, and complete patient recovery following vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, certifications in NRP, BLS, and ACLS. Additional preferred qualifications include previous travel experience and Epic electronic health record system experience. Schedule: Days, 7am - 7pm, weekdays; every other weekend, holidays, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Special Notes: Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility.
