Job Opportunity: Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon
Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a supportive, faith-oriented atmosphere.
About Our PracticeWe operate a bustling practice that includes:
- Over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons
- 4 Physician Assistants
- A total of 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents in training, with one resident assigned to the oncology rotation
The majority of surgical procedures will take place at our medical center, with some cases handled at our East Campus, located just a mile away.

Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $450,000 to $550,000 . This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000 . Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment process.
