Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and engaging personal care services, offering assistance, support, and companionship.
• Monitor residents' well-being, ensuring to communicate any changes in their condition or care plans.
• Motivate your team and work alongside the Health Services Director to evaluate and document resident assessments at designated intervals.
• Demonstrate leadership by reallocating tasks among Resident Assistants, Medication Technicians, and Nurses.

Salary Range

USD $33.00 - USD $38.00 /Hr.

Offers will take into consideration factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size (if applicable), certifications, and training. Qualifications

• You possess a positive outlook and enjoy working with people!
• You are a proud graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• You hold a Registered Nurse license!
• You have at least two years of experience caring for individuals in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute, or long-term care settings.
