Assistant Dairy Team Leader-Wilton

Job Overview Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all Price Chopper customers. Responsible for assisting the Grocery Manager with the operation of the Dairy department, overseeing clerks, and monitoring merchandising, rotation, and inventory levels of dairy products to promote sales. Maintains a high level of customer service and courtesy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service at all times. Maintain neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards. Assist Grocery Manager with daily dairy operations: product merchandising, pricing, stocking, signage, planograms, displays, rotation, inventory levels. Order all merchandise and supplies for dairy department and meet transmission times. Store excess product in cooler or designated area. Adhere to company and state sanitation and pricing procedures. Unload warehouse merchandise from trucks. Assist in training and development of new associates in dairy operations. Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age.
