Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role is essential in providing high-quality, person-centered care in both facility and home settings. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition Provide mobility support and safe transfers Offer companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide medication reminders and appointment assistance Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Qualifications MUST HAVE Maryland CNA Certification GNA Certification also accepted MUST HAVE CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred) High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plus Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferred Must be comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in English as part of daily responsibilities Why Join Comfort Home Care?
