What You’ll Do

As a Concierge , you will serve as a central point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members.

You will:

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Assist residents and families with questions, requests, and general information.
• Welcome prospective residents and families and help create a positive first impression of the community.
• Monitor the front desk and lobby area to ensure it remains organized, welcoming, and professional.
• Assist with visitor sign-in and other front-desk procedures.
• Communicate messages accurately and promptly.
• Help coordinate resident requests and connect them with the appropriate team member.
• Support basic administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
• Assist with mail, deliveries, packages, and other front-desk needs.
• Help communicate community activities, appointments, events, and other information to residents and families.
• Work closely with leadership and other departments to support a smooth resident and guest experience.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling resident, family, or team-member information.
• Stay calm and professional when responding to unexpected situations or changing priorities.
• Jump in wherever needed to help support the community.
