Snowflake Data Consultant

DescriptionKforce has a client in need of a Snowflake Data Consultant in Boston, MA.Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions and ELT pipelines* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions* Build and optimize data integration, transformation, and ingestion processes* Develop and maintain complex SQL, data models, database objects, and automation workflows* Support real-time and batch data processing initiatives* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data platform performance* Implement data quality, governance, and security best practices* Participate in Agile development activities, including planning, testing, code reviews, and deployments* Support production environments and resolve data-related issues* Contribute to process improvements, architecture discussions, and technical best practicesRequirements* 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or ETL/ELT development* 4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms* Strong experience with SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning* Experience building and supporting scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data solutions* Proficiency with Python or other modern programming languages for data engineering* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and analytical data structures* Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP* Experience with data integration, change data capture, and large-scale data processing* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams* Experience working in Agile development environmentsJob TypeContractCompensation64 - $74
