WEST SAC-COMMERCIAL DRIVER

Description

We are looking for a Commercial Driver to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and ensuring optimal performance. Daily tasks include driving, operating, greasing machinery, and conducting routine safety inspections. I am the operator/driver of a Class A-required vehicle; can drive a heavy-duty vehicle with a trailer.

This position offers opportunities for growth and development across various company functions. Candidates must have foundational knowledge in operating a grapple truck and heavy vehicles, a valid Class A driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license required
Clean driving record with no moving violations
Skilled at driving and parking large, heavy vehicles
Pick up and safely transport goods to intended destination
Ensure contents are properly secured in/on trailer to prevent damage or injury
Perform pre-trip inspections of your truck and/or trailer prior to and following each trip
Maintain detailed driving logs as required
Track and report working hours
Comply with all applicable traffic laws, ICC and DOT regulations
Ensure truck is kept clean and in good appearance
