Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 32 hours per week.
• Daily caseload of 8-12 visits.
• Visits are scheduled on a 40-minute timeline for initial evaluations and follow-up appointments.
