Role Responsibilities Deliver inclusive, continuous care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors. Address chronic health concerns, provide preventive care, manage acute illnesses, and tackle mental health challenges with a patient-centered approach. Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic tests, and create tailored treatment plans. Engage in quality improvement projects designed to enhance patient care outcomes and operational success. Maintain accurate, current patient records through electronic medical records (EMR). Provide healthcare both face-to-face and via telemedicine, adapting to patient needs. Education Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of a recognized Family Medicine residency. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligibility for (or current possession of) a valid North Carolina medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred. Skills and Experience Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on preventive and proactive care.
