Job Summary
Value Technology looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Payroll, OTl (Oracle Talent / OTL processes), and Absence Management. The role involves leading HCM implementations, working closely with HR business stakeholders, and delivering scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional design and delivery for Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management modules
- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional configuration
- Configure Payroll, Absence plans/accruals, and OTL processes
- Drive CRP, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
- Provide techno-functional support across:
- OTBI / BIP Reports
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- HCM Extracts
- Fast Formulas
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in technology
- 5+ in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, 10+ years of overall experience and
- Strong hands-on experience in Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management (mandatory)
- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Strong understanding of HCM functional architecture and business processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
- Experience working with customer business users and IT teams
