Essential Duties 1. Responsible for insuring that all daily and periodic tasks are completed as scheduled and according to specified quality standards. 2. In a timely and accurate manner, completes all necessary paperwork for the shift, customer service complaints and service tickets. 3. Monitors the use of supplies and equipment. Requests additional supplies as needed using a ‘just in time’ inventory system. 4. Trains and orientates all associates in proper cleaning techniques, as well as, the rules and regulations of the facility and of Goodwill. Education/Experience/Certificates/Security Clearance This associate may have access to Confidential Information (CI) and is required to be familiar with the Goodwill policy 11.01 Confidentiality of Data related to the handling of CI, and follow all related procedures required to protect the privacy and security of CI.
