Experience must include direct, hands-on patient care in a clinical setting, such as obtaining vital signs, documenting patient history and medications, and performing clinical procedures (e.g. EKG's, phlebotomy, administering injections or vaccines).Or Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant training program, that includes hands on patient experience as part of the curriculum, required.Upon hire, all Medical Assistants will undergo a clinical competency assessment and must successfully complete MA orientation.
