HR Coordinator

As our HR Coordinator, you'll provide hands-on support across recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is built for an early-career professional who is serious about building a long-term career in HR — someone who brings energy and initiative to their work, takes pride in the details, and is hungry to learn and grow within the function.

This position is fully on-site with standard weekday hours and occasional flexibility for candidate scheduling or onboarding needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics from offer acceptance through Day 1

• Conduct general employee orientation

• Ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork, I-9 documentation, and system setup

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during pre-boarding

• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) accuracy and requisition status

• Support offer administration and pre-employment processing

• Maintain employee records and assist with HR reporting and data tracking

• Support HR programs, initiatives, and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1–2 years of experience in an office, administrative, HR, or recruiting environment

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

• Prior exposure to an ATS or HRIS platform is a plus but not required

• Basic familiarity with recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, or I-9 compliance

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer

• Frequent use of hands for typing, filing, and general office equipment

• Occasional lifting and carrying of files or office supplies up to 15 lbs

• Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and in writing

• Ability to travel occasionally within the office/campus for meetings or onboarding activities
