This will include a daily routine cleaning schedule of all common areas, trash removal, inspection of rooms/property, complete work orders, painting, preventative maintenance and care and upkeep.QualificationsRequirements:Experience in multifamily maintenance and experience involving affordable housing, senior housing, or special needs housing.Must be able to keep information in a confidential and secure fashion.Must have High School Diploma or GED and at least two years building maintenance experience.Must be a self-starter who can work in an environment with multiple changing work priorities.Good verbal and writing communication skills.Must have an understanding of and appreciation for the Mission of The Salvation Army.Child Protection Clearances PA Act 153 requires that all prospective employees complete the following clearance and background checks: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
