Production Technician - Night Shift

Description TABBER TECHNICIAN Location: Dalton, GAWork Schedule: Swing Shift 12-hour shiftsNight shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AMSUMMARYTabber Technician is responsible for the production output including basic repair, cleaning, and troubleshooting of basic machine faults. Ability to work quickly to maintain high production levels and know when to escalate problems with the machine to supervisors. Operate the equipment in a safe manner with quality and safety in mind.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose, airguns, IPA, cloths, vacuum and other appliancesEnsure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demandsQuickly address machine faults and alarms and resolve them quicklyReport any issues requiring a technician to the line supervisorProduce products that meet quality standards with minimal defectsMonitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustmentHelp equipment technicians repair the equipment if neededHelp other operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areasAbility to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructionsAdhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLSPerform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSMechanical aptitudeAbility to work in fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of manufacturing processAble to cope with pressure and be a team playerAble to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as neededAble to lift 50 pounds without restrictionAble to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hoursHanwha Q CELLS provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
