What You'll Do as a Manager

As a Manager at McDonald's, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service.
Managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
Supporting team members' development through coaching and training.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role (restaurant experience is a plus!).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A customer-focused mindset and the ability to lead by example.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
