Talent Acquisition Lead

Leading a high-performing recruiting team, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Lead will manage critical and executive-level searches, develop hiring strategies, and optimize recruiting operations while fostering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to enhance recruiting performance and outcomes Manage a portfolio of high-impact searches and oversee full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer negotiation Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent strategy, market trends, and interview best practices Required Qualifications 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in digital marketing or technology 2+ years of experience in managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams Proven success in recruiting for specialized roles, including executive and leadership positions Strong expertise in utilizing ATS and recruitment tools, with experience in Ashby being a plus Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
