Location: CA, US Flexible Work Arrangement: Onsite Job Category: Aircraft Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Career Level: Technicians / Crew Position Summary On behalf of our client, we are seeking an MRT (Mobile Response Team) Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join their team. Reporting to the MRT A&P Supervisor, the technician will travel to customer aircraft locations to efficiently execute assigned work scopes and perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations under the authority of the Company’s FAA-Certificated Repair Station. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel. Travel may include air travel, extended-distance driving in company vehicles, and domestic and international assignments. Travel may also occur during non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and other times outside normal business hours. Travel is estimated to comprise approximately 25%–75% of total hours worked, depending on business and customer requirements. Shift Day Shift (Must be flexible) Sign On Bonus $3,000.00 Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, repairs, inspections,modifications,and service on a variety of customeraircraftwith minimal supervision. Required to travel extensively within region and occasionally outside of region to customeraircraftfor maintenanceevents andfortechnical training. Mustbe availabletoworkdifferentshiftsandweekends asrequestedto support customer needs. Perform and document all completed workin accordance withcurrent technical dataand company policy. Frequent interaction with customers will berequired. Adhereto allcompany, FAAandOSHAregulatedpolicies andprocedures. Maintainanoutstanding attendancerecord. Adhere and promote the Companys Vision, Mission and Values daily. Maintainproficiencywithtools,techniquesandacceptable practicesusedto performaircraftmaintenance. Ensurematerial hasbeen properlyreceived priortoinstallationonaircraft. Verifymaterial shelflifehasnot expired priortouse. Verifycalibratedtoolingcalibrationdue date andcondition priortouse. Promote anefficientandprofessionalworkenvironment. Participatesin ContinuousImprovementprojectsas directed. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Basic knowledge ofaircraftdrawings,schematicsand wiring diagrams. Abilitytoeffectively communicate with management,peers,and external parties. Ability toidentifydiscrepancies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Abilitytoprioritize and organizeworkflow. Demonstrated analytical andcriticalthinkingskills. Abletotakeinitiative and execute assignedtasksinatimelyandflawlessmanner. Strongteamworkacumenwith aprofound abilitytoworkunder extremepressure. Must be willing to work in confined spaces, heights and in non-environmentally controlled conditions. Education & Experience A&PCertificaterequired. Experience in mobile repair or AOG support environments required. Must have a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience maintaining. servicing and troubleshooting corporate jet aircraft. Compensation The likely pay range for this position is $45.00-$54.00/hr. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, hourly wage will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly other requirements.
