It requires someone who can deliver a high-quality tenant experience while balancing operational performance, financial accountability, and long-term asset value. You’ll oversee building operations, budgets, vendor performance, tenant relationships, capital projects, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with engineering teams and senior leadership, you’ll help shape both immediate priorities and longer-term operational strategy.
