Leasing Project Manager

Managing multiple concurrent leasing and due diligence workstreams, the full-time remote Leasing Engineering Project Manager (EPM) will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive high-impact programs, and ensure timely execution of leased data center projects for a major technology client. Key responsibilities Lead and manage leasing and due diligence activities from initiation through execution Facilitate collaboration among engineering, legal, construction, and real estate teams to ensure project alignment Maintain project dashboards and status reports, presenting updates and risks to leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related discipline 4+ years of experience managing complex technical or infrastructure projects Strong project management experience with multiple concurrent workstreams Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments Ability to prioritize competing demands and work independently with minimal oversight
