Job Title: Aesthetics Training Manager, SkinCeuticals Division: Dermatological Beauty Location: Must reside within assigned territory (Denver, CO; Dallas, TX; or Salt Lake City, UT) We are L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, the world leader in dermo-cosmetics. Responsibilities Execute in‑office training, hands‑on training, live and virtual seminars, and other technical training classes as needed. Support customers in Flagships, SkinLabs, Corporate Accounts, high‑growth opportunity accounts, and accounts new to the SkinCeuticals brand. Represent the brand publicly and virtually, delivering impeccable presentations aligned with brand verbiage. Facilitate customer‑facing seminars (10–85 participants) in the field, covering product knowledge, protocols, skincare science, and sales techniques. Recruit participants for seminars through internal and social platforms. Log attendance and enter data into Salesforce, following predetermined coding. Collaborate with local sales teams to maximize ROI by targeting appropriate audiences. Manage logistics for all field‑based in‑office trainings and live seminars, including location sourcing, contract execution, and budgeting. Deliver virtual seminars (10–125 participants) via Zoom or Teams, ensuring consistent branding and product positioning. Set up displays, guides, and demonstration products for in‑office training. Prepare monthly reports: training calendar, budget utilization, feedback summary, and required corporate forms. Enter virtual participants into Salesforce within five days of a seminar. Assist in developing new training programs and updating existing ones based on field needs. Maintain professional social profiles, share education initiatives, and comply with L’Oréal social guidelines. Attend SkinCeuticals trade shows, manage treatment suites, and collaborate with Medical Affairs as needed. Communicate proactively with sales, leadership, and customers regarding training initiatives. Keep a stocked, clean, and organized detail bag for technical trainings and seminars. Participate in L’Oréal USA (MyLearning) and other learning sites to broaden expertise. Qualifications Undergraduate degree (preferred). Active aesthetics license; must hold and maintain it. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on training experience and/or equivalent related work and educational experience. Minimum 2 years in a treatment room within the medical industry. Up to 70% travel required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Teams; Salesforce experience a plus.
