This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.Responsibilities:Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and listening skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.Must have prior insurance experience, preferably State Farm.Must currently hold applicable state insurance licenses.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
