We are looking for someone who can turn real jobs into real leads.

- hourly base (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses:
- $100+ per high-performing video
- Bonus per booked job from content
- Monthly performance incentives based on leads generated
Top performers will make $60K–$90K+
???? What You’ll Be Doing- Ride along with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical techs daily
- Film real jobs (before/after, problems, fixes)
- Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Write strong hooks that grab attention
- Post content daily across multiple platforms
- Turn content into inbound calls and booked jobs
- Work with office team to track leads from content
- 3–10+ videos posted per day
- Content generating calls and booked jobs weekly
- Consistent growth across social platforms
- Clear tracking of leads and revenue from content
- Comfortable filming on a phone (fast, not perfect)
- Can edit and post quickly (same-day turnaround)
- Strong writing skills (hooks and captions)
- High energy and not afraid to be around customers and techs
- Competitive mindset (you want to win, not just “post content”)
- Consistent, reliable, and moves fast
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Basic knowledge of local SEO or Google Business Profile
- You need everything to be “perfect”
- You move slow or overthink content
- You’ve never created content that gets attention
- You’re not comfortable in the field around real job sites
