This position combines hands-on HVAC work with growing leadership responsibilities and provides a clear path toward future field leadership opportunities.The ideal candidate is a skilled commercial HVAC technician who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining quality standards, solving problems in the field, and helping projects stay on schedule while working safely in rooftop environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and oversee commercial HVAC installation activities related to rooftop equipment replacements, curbs, penetrations, AC stands, and mechanical upgradesHelp coordinate the daily activities of HVAC technicians and subcontractors on assigned projectsWork closely with project managers and field leadership to keep projects on schedule and within quality standardsAssist with crew leadership, training, and mentoring of less experienced techniciansEnsure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and applicable codesConduct jobsite inspections and identify potential issues before they impact project schedulesCommunicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and field personnelMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite environmentSupport material management and project coordination efforts as neededWhat We're Looking For3+ years of commercial HVAC installation or construction experience preferredExperience with rooftop HVAC equipment, RTUs, curbs, penetrations, and related mechanical systemsPrevious experience leading projects, crews, or apprentices is preferred but not requiredComfortable working on rooftops and at heightsStrong understanding of commercial HVAC installation practices and jobsite safety requirementsAbility to read construction drawings and coordinate work with multiple tradesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented attitudeDesire to grow into future Foreman and Superintendent opportunitiesReady to Advance Your HVAC Career?If you're an experienced commercial HVAC technician looking to take the next step into leadership while continuing to work hands-on in the field, we want to hear from you.
