Oportunidade: Product Owner - Sênior
Atividades
- Atuar como Product Owner, liderando a evolução de um ou mais produtos de segurança em cloud
- Gerenciar o ciclo de vida do produto, desde concepção até evolução contínua
- Definir, priorizar e manter o product backlog
- Traduzir requisitos de negócio em:
- User stories
- Critérios de aceitação
- Documentação funcional
- Trabalhar em conjunto com:
- Times de desenvolvimento
- Arquitetos
- Tech Leads
- Stakeholders de negócio
- Definir e gerenciar o roadmap do produto
- Priorizar features com foco em valor de negócio e experiência do usuário
- Garantir qualidade das entregas (Definition of Done e critérios de aceitação)
- Conduzir alinhamentos com stakeholders e lideranças
- Gerenciar dependências e comunicação entre times
- Apoiar a criação de:
- Guias de usuário
- Documentação funcional
- Participar de cerimônias ágeis (Scrum, planning, reviews, etc.)
- Monitorar métricas, resultados e oportunidades de melhoria
- Atuar como principal ponto de comunicação entre áreas envolvidas
Qualifications
- Experiência em Product Management e/ou Product Development
- Experiência prática com:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experiência com segurança em cloud (cloud security)
- Vivência com:
- Metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Agile)
- Gestão de backlog e roadmap
- Levantamento de requisitos com stakeholders
- Capacidade de escrever:
- User stories
- Requisitos de negócio (BRD)
- Experiência em:
- Priorização de demandas
- Gestão de entregas e prazos
- Conhecimento em:
- Arquitetura cloud
- APIs
- Microserviços
- Experiência com times distribuídos (remotos)
Requirements
- Diferenciais:
- Experiência com a ferramenta Wiz (Cloud Security Platform)
- Vivência com produtos de segurança em cloud em ambiente corporativo
- Experiência com prototipação (visual ou funcional)
- Conhecimento em analytics e ferramentas de métricas
- Experiência em ambientes globais
